Message:	First of all, here is the Daily Prophet message sent to everyone: Many of you have been complaining about loss of information and stuff from the site crash. I'm sorry to say, that some information was lost during the back up. Things I have noticed is Houses and coffers, pets, and phoenixes. I'm sure there are a couple other things, but we restored as much as possible. For the stuff that didn't make it back in, there is nothing we can do about that. We can't give you refunds on your coffers, or replace your pet for you. Sorry. But we can't. We have tried several times, but the info will not go back where it should. If there is anyone that does not quite get what I just said, then please, owl me, and I shall explain it once more, because it's as far as it's gonna get. If you decide to get unruly and mouth off to Staff about it, or make inappropriate posts in chat about it, you will be muted for no less than one wekk. Thank you, ************* And finally, this is her two responses: No, I DON'T quite "get the point" because I am a site Admin myself...AND I KNOW HOW FREAKING EASY IT IS...to go into the Grotto and add Gems into someone's account! And THAT is how you compensate people for their loss of OTHER ITEMS THAT WON'T GO BACK IN....you give them Gems and gold to REPLACE the items themselves. You don't just say, oh well...too bad, so sad....it isn't the players fault, but they are the ones who are gonna suffer the loss.. YOU DON'T DO THAT. NOT IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PLAYERS AND RESPECT YOUR PLAYERS AT ALL. And you don't mute people just because they speak things you do not want to hear....when they speak the TRUTH. You people suck at being Admins...you utterly FAIL at being Admins. No decent Admin makes a player take the loss for something that is not the players' fault. The GOOD Admin comes up with a formula to compensate players for their losses, and then compensates them. but YOU...you're a grand royal ***** who refuses to do anything even a little hard....TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY PEOPLE. YOU JUST ENJOY BEING A HARD*** LITTLE *****, DON'T YOU? AND And don't you DARE tell me you are sorry for ANYTHING. Response:	"Well, considering that the crash DID delete many things, we aren't going to give gems back to just certain people. NO ONE got compensation for what was lost in their coffers. We aren't going to make an exception just for you when their are 250 other people complaining the very same thing. As for the tone you take on my staff, you ahve earned this permanent ban. They were merely impressing on you what I had already said. There were other admin trying to tell you the same, but you seemed to think only that one was behind it all. I'm sorry, I wil not take that. Enjoy your ban.
