Information Collection and Use
General
Hogwarts Now collects personal information when you register with Hogwarts Now, when you use Hogwarts Now products or services, and when you visit Hogwarts Now pages.
When you register we ask for information such as your date of birth and email address. When you register with Hogwarts Now and log in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. In addition, you may choose to send private messages to other Hogwarts Now Users or to post certain information to your public "profile" on Hogwarts Now such as your date of birth, general location, interests, occupation, web site URLs, videos, blogs, IM addresses, and comments.
Hogwarts Now automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Hogwarts Now cookie information, and the page you request.
Hogwarts Now uses the information that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide to you all of the features and services found on Hogwarts Now. We will use your email address, without further consent, for administrative purposes such as sending you account activation and "welcome" emails, notifying you of major Hogwarts Now updates, for customer service purposes, to address copyright infringement issues, or to contact you regarding any Hogwarts Now activities in which you are presently participating.
Children
Hogwarts Now is not for persons under the age of 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then you are not allowed to register an account with Hogwarts Now.

Hogwarts Now does not rent, sell, share or in any other way disclose personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies, unless required to by law.
Cookies
Hogwarts Now may set and access Hogwarts Now cookies on your computer. Hogwarts Now uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to Hogwarts Now. Persistent cookies can be removed through your web browser. Please review your web browser "Help" file to learn the proper way to modify your cookie settings.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
You can edit your Hogwarts Now Account Information at any time by accessing your User Preferences.
We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to Hogwarts Now, such as service announcements and administrative messages, that are considered part of your Hogwarts Now account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
If you wish your Hogwarts Now account to be removed, simply do not login using that account. After a buffer time period, your Hogwarts Now account will be removed by our account auto-deletion process, thus removing all stored information concerning you.
International Visitors
Hogwarts Now is hosted in the United States and is intended for United States visitors. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States and by providing your personal data you consent to that transfer.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
Hogwarts Now may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Hogwarts Now account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
